  Found this agency to be excellent in all areas of competency and knowledge of the Insurance business. Had the privilege of dealing the an agent name of Theresa. The results were saving us over $800.00 this year . In addition she was available to my calls and attended this transaction in a professional business like manner. It couldn't have been easier to transfer my insurance policies and cancel the old. What a gem. I understand that this agency also reviews yearly and will contact us with any advice in the future.   This review is from Randy Michaels. I have been with Eaton Insurance for 20 years. Brad and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I have had a claim they have been prompt and caring. I am in charge of an event in the city of Mt. Morris and needed to get some insurance. No matter now many curve balls I threw they managed to get me the insurance I needed. I would recommend Eaton Insurance to anyone who ask. thanks again Brad.

  This company will go the extra mile for you. We recently purchased a house and even though we could have went with a different company they had already showed how much they care about their customers and saving costs when it came to our auto insurance. After purchasing and home and moving the insurance company we were under had a third party come out to do an inspection which had a lot of false information in it causing our insurance to go up a little over $200.00. We received a phone call from Theresa addressing the issue before we even got anything in the mail. She went to bat for us and once again proved that we made the right choice in an insurance company. We stayed with them when we bought the house because we like the service and attention to detail we get from them. They are always looking out for our best interests.
